My client is looking for their brand new Paid Media Campaign Manager to join the marketing team and lead on the development and execution of their International Markets strategy across all paid media channels. You will also be responsible for growing and driving quality traffic and conversion across their UK and international markets.

This role is a varied and diverse role with the following responsibilities and focus including but limited to:
  • Working with various internal and external stakeholders you'll be managing and developing the global annual marketing calendar and coordinating partnerships, sales and product teams to execute.
  • Devise and deliver the paid media strategy, to drive user growth amongst core and target audiences, to increase revenue and profit in line with the Commercial strategy and priorities.
  • Deliver a data-driven annual, seasonal and tactical planning lifecycle, aligning with the overall acquisition objectives, market context and performance of paid media channels.
  • Support the growth of the customer and prospect database through lead gen activity, driving continuous improvement to lead generation based on customer insight data, user research and best practice
  • Implement the CRO testing & learning plan to continually develop and identify commercial opportunities.
  • In collaboration with the digital agency deliver the SEO strategy, managing the content creation for optimal performance and ensuring synergies with paid search.
  • Manage the performance of the global media agency to meet the acquisition targets within the agreed budget requirements, across all paid media channels including but not limited to ATL (TV, OOH, Print), BTL (Paid Search, Organic Search, Paid Social, Display).
  • Allocate the monthly budget across paid media channels in line with KPIs, forecasts and the commercial and acquisition strategy.

You will have experience developing and managing paid media campaigns with a keen interest in a data guided approach. You are determined and hungry to build and grow the solid reputation of the company as well be keen to learn and develop your own knowledge and skills set. A solid understanding of both traditional and digital marketing strategies and methods is desirable as well experience with CRM systems and data.
