The role - SEN Teaching Assistant

I am working with mainstream primary school based in Islington that are looking to appoint a SEN Teaching Assistant ASAP. The suitable candidate for this role will need to use your previous experience to assist the teacher in running the class and will need to work closely with the students, you will be working in a mainstream primary class environment with approximately 25 mixed students in Year 2.

For this SEN Teaching Assistant role, you will need to work 1:1 with a student with Autism and will need to build strong rapport with the student, you must have great interpersonal and organisational skills with a passion for learning and teaching! You must have an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service and 6months or more experience of working in a school environment.
