**TEACHING PERSONNEL PAY TO SCALE FOR ALL LONG TERM TEACHING ROELS**

A school based in the north Birmingham are currently looking to recruit an ambitious teacher and leader to join their high achieving Geography department. The candidate will be teaching KS3 and KS4 to a fantastic year of students. The school is very respectable with a "good" rating from the Ofsted report. There would be an option to take on a Head of Department role for the right person, and would be a permanent role for the right person.

This will be leading a team of 4 Geography Teachers with the Support of the HOF for Humanities.

The ideal candidate with be highly educated, a great communicator and very welcoming. You should be able to make the students feel comfortable to discuss different ideas and views in relation to the topics of work.
