The Vacancy
Here at Halton Housing, we are seeking an experienced Organisation Development professional to work across our vibrant organisation.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a progressive and forward-thinking team and organisation - putting people at the heart of everything we do. We believe in developing people and enabling them to achieve their full potential and this role is pivotal in helping us to deliver on that commitment.
Through the delivery of some key OD projects, you'll help us elevate our colleague experience and nurture and develop our talent within the organisation; coaching line managers to bring the best out in their people.
We're seeking someone who is qualified to CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent demonstrable working experience) with a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of relevant OD professional disciplines. Our successful candidate will be a confident communicator with excellent organisational and analytical skills.
Ideally, we'd love to see people who hold a Level 5 ILM qualification in Coaching (or equivalent) and can demonstrate a track record of delivering OD projects to drive organisational change.
In return, you'll get to work in a truly agile way, with a high level of autonomy and with a team who are passionate about our social purpose: improving people's lives. We're an organisation that prioritises the development of our colleagues, and we are committed to supporting our people through new or existing qualifications.
If you know you have what we are looking for, please apply today!
