Are you an experienced marketing professional looking for a new and exciting challenge? Do you have top quality marketing skills mixed with a strong commercial awareness? Our outstanding client based in Nottingham are looking to hire a Marketing & Business Development Executive to join their expanding business. You will be working directly with the senior stakeholders and work with them to grow.

To be considered for the role, you'll require the following essentials:
  • Previous experience working within Marketing or Business Development sectors
  • A good understanding of project management
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of marketing principles. You will be an excellent communicator and a great team player. Having a positive 'can do' attitude as well as being highly organised and able to manage your own workload are a must for this role!

Within this position, you'll also be:
  • Working closely with senior stakeholders to ensure development within their area
  • Supporting with strategic planning for market growth
  • Managing budget and ensuring resources are focused to maximise ROI
  • Working closely with Marketing team to ensure activity is to the best standard
  • Managing social media activity across multiple channels and ensuring all content is engaging
  • Ensuring all content is SEO-friendly
  • Ensuring all internal communications supports cross-selling opportunities
  • Proof-reading internal and external documents
  • Supporting relevant internal and external events where necessary
  • Reporting to senior team with campaign results
  • Working closely with the wider business to ensure any marketing collateral can be repurposed elsewhere
  • Carrying out ad-hoc duties as required

Salary & Working Hours

Salary is £30,000 per annum

Working hours are Monday - Friday, flexible working options available
