We are an expanding digital marketing agency for the healthcare sector. We are currently on the lookout for a Head of SEO to manage and implement SEO strategies across the client portfolio. The role will be on a working from home basis full time Mon - Fri UK working hours.

The successful candidate will work closely with both Directors, project managers and content writers to:
  • Create standard procedures and audits for clients within the project management tool (Monday.com)
  • Create and implement SEO strategies for new and existing clients
  • Manage roadmaps and task deadlines to ensure a smooth transition month by month
  • Create standardised reporting dashboards from different data sets (data studio)
  • Audit existing client work and provide recommendations for improvements
  • Jump in and do hands on SEO work where needed

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong SEO & Project Management experience (preferably agency) and must have a good understanding of the following:
  • Wordpress Experience - building and maintaining websites including SEO-related plugins
  • Project Management - Managing tasks and team members effectively with tools like Monday.com
  • Implementing SEO strategies from keyword research to content plans (200+ pages) and content structure/silos, content templates, page designs/layouts, site speed, linkbuilding and outreach campaigns
  • Auditing (screaming frog, search console, ahrefs/SEMrush etc..) and reporting (data studio dashboards and third-party integrations)

The following are desirable but not necessary:
  • Experience within the healthcare sector, preferably mental health or addiction related
  • PPC experience
  • Development or HTML experience
  • Content Writing or Editing experience
