Team Manager - Education Services

m2r Education, based in Wakefield, are a multi award winning provider of international education services. These services include:

• Online & Face to Face Tutoring
• International Teacher Recruitment
• Online TEFL Courses
• Digital English Courses
• Online Vocational Courses

We currently operate in over 40 countries and are Department for International Trade Export Champions.

Due to growth, we are hiring a Team Manager to work across all aspects of the business, based from our Wakefield office.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with other members of senior management to grow the business
• Manage, mentor, coach and motivate the internal team
• Manage external education contracts across the business
• Develop internal processes for streamlining across all business sectors
• Handle incoming enquiries and assign to relevant team members
• Follow all safeguarding rules when processing new applications
• Attend online education fairs (face to face opportunities are available too)
• To identify competitor threats, strengths and weaknesses and explore opportunities to maximise revenue and market share

Experience / Skills:

• Proven track record of achieving targets / deadlines
• Excellent communication skills
• Confident in using various forms of technology in the workplace
• Adaptable to change
• Can work under pressure
• Process driven
• Very organised and meticulous
• Self motivated
• Passion for education / training
• 5yrs experience in a similar role / environment

Package:

• Up to £35k basic salary dependent upon experience
• 25 days holiday
• Annual profit share scheme
• Option of UK and international travel
