Regional Marketing & Communications Manager, Perm, Flexibility for Hybrid Working, up to £53,000pa plus 10% BonusMy client, a well established Reinsurance Company in the London Bridge area, has an opening for an exeprienced Marketing & Communications Manager to join their growing team. The Marketing & Communications team is looking for a regional Marketing & Communications Manager to be based in their London office. The role has a strong events element both internal and external. The successful applicant will also look after global and regional sponsorships, internal and external webinars and is involved in communication initiatives both individually and as part of the wider team. This role works closely with other regional teams across the business to plan and manage his/her region's marketing activities in line with the annual marketing objectives, plan and budget. This role, reporting to the Director of Marketing & Communications, and working closely with all other team members requires an experienced marketing professional with proven organisational, execution skills and attention to detail. The role offers the opportunity to travel, enjoy working in a fast-paced, global environment, and build key stakeholder relationships both internally and externally. The role holder will assume the following responsibilities:• Assist the Director of Marketing & Communications in marketing planning and implementation globally. • Take on and manage global marketing projects, working with the rest of the marketing team to ensure alignment of goals, resources, and timelines. • Be responsible for planning and delivering regional annual marketing activity across our multiple channels. • Drive brand awareness through the design and implementation of onsite and virtual events across your regions for clients, brokers and local network insurers (members).• Be the Health & Wellness content lead, working with our third-party global wellness vendors to prepare annual comms plans and make sure they are executed well. • Build an excellent working relationship with the regional Business Development, Member Management and Underwriting teams to ensure alignment of understanding and objectives and ultimately delivering results. • Manage our Learning Hub portal and Learning Hub Lives (internal webinar sessions), building and planning new content, designing videos and working closely with all teams across the business. • Review and create marketing literature, including product, corporate, network and health and wellness topics. • Support the PR & Comms team for key thought leadership published throughout the year. Required Competencies: • A minimum of 7 years' (or equivalent) experience in a similar position. • Experience developing marketing plans to increase brand awareness and visibility across key target markets. • Strong experience of planning and/or working within existing marketing campaigns. Digital marketing expertise, including website, email automation, social platforms, events and videos • Organised team player with the ability to multi-task, work independently, problem-solve and deliver top quality work - in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent writing skills and the ability to take complex concepts and communicate them simply. • Comfortable interacting directly with key stakeholders and confident in building relationships with many teams across the business. • Organised, confident, adaptable communicator with an entrepreneurial spirit and collaborative mindset. • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team. • Enjoy working in a changing and fast-paced environment. Experience preferred:• Background in insurance desirable • Knowledge of B2B marketing • Experience of working successfully with a designer to create marketing assets • Experience in working in an international environment • Experience in management would be a bonus • Speaking another language like French, Spanish or German would be a bonu
