Account Director £65 - £70,000 Full-Time PositionLondon, Hybrid workingWe are looking for an experienced Account Director who will act as a senior contact for our clients, manage a team of PR professionals and participate in new business initiatives at a leading specialist communications consultancies, advising global financial and professional services industries. Your duties & responsibilities will include:

• Manage existing accounts and act as senior contact for clients
• Oversee delivery of client media strategy and account development
• Develop and maintain senior press and sector influencers relationships
• Lead a team of PR professionals, including account managers and account executives; work with the leadership team in personnel development, assist with appraisals
• Assist in delivering agency growth plan and development of new business strategy in conjunction with senior members of the team
