Assistant Head Teacher needed in a mainstream secondary school in Birmingham from September 2022!

Do you have a good understanding of the national curriculum in Secondary schools?

Have you worked as the lead in a department or in any form or senior leadership?

A mainstream secondary school in Birmingham are looking to appoint an Assistant Headteacher for the new academic year starting in September, working alongside the Head Teacher to provide leadership and management of the teaching and learning of all pupils.

The role will be delivering an engaging curriculum and leading a team of staff, it requires a versatile person who is creative and caring in their approach.

The school has a team of dedicated staff who provide fantastic support to the children. The school has inspires its students to strive for and reach their full potential, no matter what their abilities or talents.

The ideal Assistant Head Teacher will have:

QTS
The ability to follow the National Curriculum and provide creative lessons
Positive approach to teaching
The ability to build good relationships with the staff and pupils
Fantastic classroom management
