A global marketing services agency who work with some leading retail brands are looking for a Senior Account Manager to work on print / POS and activation campaigns for one of their clients. Based in the Manchester or Leeds area with some hybrid working it's a great opportunity to make a serious difference and manage a small team of campaign managers.

The experience we need.

Experience in liaising directly with clients and advising on campaign print/installation solutions
Retail client facing experience is essential
Proven, effective people management experience
Print/ POS operational expertise essential including Quality checks
Able to manage and communicate with key client stakeholders to successfully deliver and exceed their expectations
Experience of managing creative briefs through with vendors to client satisfaction
Experience in building new business relationships and opportunities with new and existing clients
Experience working in a fast paced and changing environment
Experience of managing budgets
The role.

Work as Account Lead on our client's main campaigns
Managing simultaneous projects through critical paths and multiple stakeholders to ensure they are delivered to specification and on time
Agree and manage budgets to deliver target margins
Influencing client thinking to produce outstanding results.
Line Management, coaching and development of 3 direct reports at Campaign Manager level
Deliver services to meet and exceed contracted client SLAs
Managing vendor relationships and SLAs
Managing and developing key client relationships - maintaining current relationships and developing new client relationships.
Delivering effective growth strategies, identifying and managing new business opportunities
Achieve and exceed growth target
Working with multiple stakeholders across the main client and third party brands
Lead a team to deliver contractual requirements and complete necessary account admin and reporting
Regularly report on achievements and issues, escalating issues where required

What you'll get in return.

An excellent overall package including salary between £45,000 - £55,000 + a 10% bonus and other wider company benefits.
