£70 - £110 per day (dependent on experience)

Small class sizes and highly experienced and supportive teamTimePlan Education are working in partnership with a brand new Satellite SEN Provision based in Barnet. The school is expanding in September 2022, taking on new pupils, and are therefore looking for experienced SEN Teaching Assistants to join their dynamic team.

The School:

This new provision will cater for students with a diagnosis of Autism and Complex Needs. Class sizes will be small, approximately 8 students, and you will be working alongside a team of exprienced SEN Specialists.

The Role:

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be working alongside the Class Teacher to support students in small classes of approximately 8 students. The school are looking for SEN Teaching Assistants who are confident to work either in EYFS, KS1 or KS2 - dependant on where your experience lies.

You will be responsible for offering direct support to the Class Teacher - both with academic and pastoral support. You will be confident supporting SEN Students on a 1-1, small group and whole class basis.

The Ideal SEN Teaching Assistant will have:

A clear, enhanced DBS check
A positive "can do" attitude with good behaviour management skills
Experience supporting students with Special Needs (SEN) (either in a mainstream or SEN Provision)
A passion for supporting pupils to reach their full potential
