Our client, a Lexcel accredited practice in Kent, is looking to employ an experienced Litigation Lawyer on a full-time, permanent basis.

This is a rare opportunity for a driven solicitor or legal executive with extensive experience in various litigation matters to join our client's thriving firm in Bexleyheath. Handling a demanding caseload of litigation matters, the successful lawyer will prove their excellent client care and advocacy skills.

Commercial and contract litigation
Probate disputes
Landlord and tenant disputes
Property litigation
Possession
Enforcements
Building disputes
Alternative dispute resolution
Conducting own advocacy
The Candidate

Solicitors and legal executives with at least 5 years' PQE
Technical proficiency in litigation is essential
Outstanding communication and client care skills
Works well under pressure to meet tight deadlines
Strives for high standards in their work
IT proficient
