Senitor have partnered with a market-leading organisation, which has an impressive global presence, and which produces specialist software solutions and services to a varied client base. They are looking to strengthen their team by recruiting a Data Compliance Officer who will be responsible for ensuring compliance regulations across the group, as well as maintaining ISO 27001 and 9001 certifications.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient and have experience in ensuring processes and procedures are implemented, maintained and improved. Their UK office is located in Hull
The company's UK office is located in Hull but they are extremely flexible in terms of remote working options. There will also be some expensed travel involved to global locations (including Finland and Malta) so we are looking for someone with a flexible attitude to work.
About the Role:
Ensure that all companies within the group are compliant with certifications and make sure that robust systems and policies are in place.
Update policies and procedures as required and ensure that they are followed across the business.
Audit companies within the group ensuring that they meet regulatory and ISO 27001 / 9001 requirements.
Create and update reports relating to compliance.
Skills/Experience required:
Previous experience in a Data Compliance/Governance role.
Knowledge of ISO 27001 / 9001
Knowledge of GDPR regulations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage own workload.
Confidence in communicating to and liaising with wider teams.
