Service Centre Team Leader required. My client is a leading Power Generation and Hire firm actively recruiting an experienced Service Centre team Leader to join their team in Rochester, Kent.
The ideal candidate will come from a Service Supervisor / Manager background, will have a hands on Engineering experience and understanding and will be familiar and capable with leading a team.
Service Centre Team Leader Position Overview
Manage and delegate the daily work requirements of the service centre
Ensuring all outbound jobs are allocated and equipment is green carded and ready for delivery / collection
Ensuring all equipment is booked in promptly to maintain availability
Maintain an up to date knowledge of available, repair and in service equipment
Ensuring Health and Safety standards are maintained
Oversee and coordinate maintenance, service and repair work
Loadbank and Generator PDI checks
Service Centre Team Leader Position Requirements
Previous experience in an Service Management position
Understanding of Health and Safety requirements
Understanding and hands on experience in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
Able to process / deliver orders and meet business deadlines
Any experience with Rental power solution installations would be beneficial
FLT Licence beneficial
Based within a commutable distance of Rochester
Service Centre Team Leader Position Remuneration
Salary £34,000 - £38,000 DOE
Monday to Friday - 47.5 hours a week
28 Days holiday inclusive of bank holidays
