Edinburgh - Hybrid working

Up to £40,000 DOE

Parity Group are excited to be working with a new client: a renowned PR agency that manage some well-known household brands. Our client is looking for a Senior Account Manager to join their growing team on a permanent basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with PR and communications experience (either in-house or agency side) who is looking for a new challenge. Ideal for any experienced account manager who is looking to progress into a senior position.

The Role:

Day to day, you will have the ability to showcase all your skills and knowledge to help develop and support more junior members of your team. In this position, you will work collaboratively to ensure deliverables align with client expectations across a variety of channels. As Senior Account Manger you will have strong client and stakeholder management and a creative flair to expertly craft campaigns alongside your team.

Responsibilities include:
  • Ensuring the expectations of client programmes and campaigns are met
  • General client lead responsibilities
  • Working closely with your team to guarantee client deadlines are met
  • Growing client relationships through your excellent client management skills
  • Giving new ideas in business pitches and searching for new and interesting opportunities

I would love to hear from people who have experience in a client facing role in PR or Comms with skills including:

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, with presentation experience

· Public sector and/or corporate experience

· Strong organisational and planning ability, used to working to strict deadlines and managing your own workload

· Ability to make decisions and rely on your sound judgement

· IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
