Trainee Accounts Assistant required for a new and exciting permanent opportunity working for a fabulous client based in the South Birmingham area. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build their career in finance; you will be responsible for the day to day running of the finance function; your duties will include purchase ledger, sales ledger, bank reconciliations, petty cash, expenses, journals, cashbooks and assisting with month end and this role will evolve around the person to work they way up through the department. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced accounts assistant looking who would ideally like to work in management accounts longer term. Ideally you will be working towards the AAT qualified and have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. You must also have excellent interpersonal skills and any man management experience would be a distinct advantage. My client is a based in the South Birmingham area with a open and friendly culture.
