1st / 2nd Line Support Engineer - 6-month Contract - London
My customer is a large Financial Services based in the UK who requires an experienced 1st / 2nd Line Support Engineer to join an existing team for an initial 6-month engagement.
Please note this 1st / 2nd Line Support Engineer role will require the Engineer to be on-site.
This 1st / 2nd Line Support Engineer will involve a mixture of BAU and Project based tasks.
Ideally, the 1st / 2nd Line Support Engineer will have experience in the following areas:
Previous experience in a 1st / 2nd Line Support Engineer role
Floorwalking experience and remote support essential
Windows 10 - Administration and Support
Office 365 - Administration and Support
Active Directory experience
Group policy, TCP/IP, DNS experience
Support of Mobile/IPad devices
Appreciate of ITIL process would be an advantage
Ideally having an understanding of Asset Management
Previous experience working with call logging package such as Remedy/Service Now
Any Networking experience an advantage
Any knowledge in Security policies would be useful
This will be an onsite role.
