The main purpose of the role is to support the organisational drive for profitable growth in our strategic accounts through expert commercial engagement with senior stakeholders, delivering solutions to meet their needs across capital and consumable service areas. This role will cover the London area.
The successful candidate will build a network both internally and externally to support the implantation and execution of our medical strategy aligned to the global and local business unit needs.
Responsible for increasing customer adoption of products and services across the Olympus portfolio
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across your customer base
Have a clear understanding of the Olympus Global, European, and local strategies in order to drive the execution across your customer base.
Strong leadership skills required to coordinate and facilitate projects across multiple business units and departments in order to win as One Olympus.
Responsible for establishing and implementing creative and innovative solutions around customer needs
Ability to articulate complex commercial and financial solutions to key stakeholders.
Have clear and detailed understanding of the health systems across the UK & Ireland
Negotiate value-based offerings to our customer base
In order to be considered for this role you will:
Experience of high level customer strategy deployment within a medical device company
Previous experience of account management
A degree in a relevant subject (or equivalent experience) is required and qualifications on business and/or marketing or a similar subject would be desirable
Experience in managing/coordinating a team
