Role

To ensure the programmes are financially viable, carried out safely, are in line with industry and manufacturer's standards,completed on schedule in accordance with our client's contract specification and with minimum inconvenience to residents.

Key Responsibilites

Supervise a team of electrical supervisors and electrical engineers, including DLO, Sub-contractors and Agency staff responsible for delivering a quality and cost-effective electrical servicing, installation and reactive maintenance service programme across all contracts.
Organise and control the provision of consistent, quality and customer focused services to ensure the achievement of the company's strategic objectives.
Work closely with the electrical supervisors to ensure that performance and quality targets are achieved.
Review and monitor performance regularly and initiate corrective action as necessary via the company Disciplinary & Grievance procedure.
Ensure best value is obtained in all work undertaken and value for money is being achieved.
Assist in the preparation of client electrical contract specifications and programmes as required.
Plan, programme and co-ordinate engineers and electrical sub-contractors within the programmes in accordance with the contract provisions, to ensure that tenants and leaseholders receive a high standard of work, on time and within quality expectations and targets.
