A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Legal Director within a regional law firm. Candidates are expected to be 6+ years PQE and salary is negotiable. A regional law firm with offices throughout the North West is looking to appoint a Commercial Property Legal Director for one of its offices in the Lakes. You will be handling a mixed caseload, dealing with general commercial property matters including, but not limited to, sales and acquisitions, L&T matters, secured lending transactions and providing corporate support to the firm's Corporate Department. Clients will be mixed, from OMBs and SMEs to larger organisations. This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates who want to relocate to the Lake District and still work for a great firm.
