Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Days: Monday - Friday

Duties:

Working as part of the senior management team contributing to all aspects of the business ( sales, operations, supply chain, finance and administration) including:

Responsibility for small well established team of direct staff,

Producing weekly and monthly managements reports, year end collation plus Group reports and data submissions;

Accruals, prepayments, fixed assets, stock and other adjustments,

Balance sheet reconciliations,

Forecasting and analysing variances and trends.

Setting budgets and departmental targets.

Continuous improvements of financial controls and liaison with third parties for compliance.

Experience:

Must be a qualified accountant ( ACA/ ACCA/ CIMA) with a proven track record and good technical knowledge ( IFRS / US GAAP) who is able to work collaboratively at a local level as well as corporately at group level.

Must have high level analytical skills and initiative, exceptional integrity, strong influencing skills and the ability to work as part of a team, in a fast paced environment.

Hybrid working may be considered, Island residents preferred, or within very close commute.

Salary: £50 - 60,000 per annum, dependent upon experience, plus benefits.
