Technical Program ManagerLocation: LondonLength: 12 monthsRate: £24-28 p/hHours: 9am - 6pmThe Tools Dev & Automation (TDA) team is responsible for delivering innovative technological solutions to enable our technical services teams to deliver exceptional client service at scale. These teams support our client's advertiser specific platform and media products.Overall Responsibilities:
- Responsible for helping engineering teams to organize, prioritize and track tasks in a detailed manner as needed to complete project objectives and facilitate team discussions.
- Manage dependencies between teams working with other program managers.
- Lead programs across TDA ( Tools, Development & Automation) to ensure we operate efficiently such as product launch activities, project reviews, user immersion days, newsletters
- Manage prioritization processes at a team level to establish objectives and key results across Engineering and Product Management teams, and partner organizations.
- Project planning, tracking progress and launch activities for software development projects
- Scrum master responsibilities
- Reporting/updates to the stakeholders about the projects/programs
- Manage dependencies between teams working with other program managers
- Experience with agile methodologies, SCRUM master experience Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- 2-3 years of experience in program management 2 years of experience in a technical role, e.g., software or QA engineering.
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Ability to develop relationships to facilitate effective collaboration, information gathering, strategic decision making, and to influence others without authority.
- Ability to be flexible/adaptable in exercising judgment in a dynamic environment and able to manage competing priorities and goals.
