Team Leader at Leon - Cobham Service Station
£12.20 an hour
Are you looking for an exciting new role and the opportunity to build your career in customer service at a fantastic company? If so, then we want to hear from you!
We're rapidly expanding so need customer service focused people to join our Leon store to help bring a little bit of magic to each customer that stops by our outlets.
What you'll be doing and why you'll love it
As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for influencing, motivating, and guiding your team of Customer Service Team Members ensuring our customers get the very best experience. Some of your specific responsibility will include driving sales, opening and closing the stores and ensuring effective handovers as well as supporting the Deputy Manager with the day-to-day operations of the store. You will be key in promoting a culture of continuous learning for both yourself and your team and keeping the famous Leon energy high!
In the travel and retail industry, flexibility is key so you will work shifts between 6am and 11pm including weekends. That flexibility works both ways so we will always try to be accommodate what best works for you.
This location is not available by public transport
Is this for you?
To be successful as a Team Leader, you will ideally have previous experience of leading a team in a fast-moving customer focused environment. However, if you're looking for the next step of your career, then we would also love to hear from you!
Please note, that due to some of the responsibility of the role, you will need to be 18 years old or over.
