B2B Growth Marketing Manager
London, EC3V 2-3 days per week / Remote hybrid working
£40,000 – £60,000 depending on experience

We are Fiducial Communications. We offer creative services including design, video, animation, infographic and multi-platform content for the financial services sector.
We work with a range of blue-chip international organisations. The business is growing through providing great work for great clients. With this new role, we're looking for help with marketing our own business to help develop sales.
The B2B Growth Marketing Manager Role:
As Marketing Manager you will create, plan and execute a fully integrated marketing strategy that will support awareness of our brand. This will include networking, getting involved with events, social marketing and developing strategic partnerships. You will help increase the understanding of our value propositions and drive leads that will in turn support the growth and retention of revenue from our existing clients.
Although a standalone marketing role you will work closely with the Founder, Senior Producers and wider agency team as well as specialist partners to realise our marketing plans. We’re a small team so you will need to be a self-starter.
Our office/studio is based in central London with 2/3 days remote hybrid flexibility.
