Our client is an award-winning, full service, commercial law firm and they are rapidly developing a national reputation for its innovative approach to delivering legal services. The Job:

On behalf of our client we are seeking a Team Manager. Within this role you will have for approximately 10 - 20 administration staff and this is a busy, fast paced environment where there are service levels to meet and KPI's too.

As a Team Manager for them, your day to day responsibilities will include:

Management of work of your team
Meeting and managing work levels, quality and resources within the team.
Routinely monitoring working methods to identify inefficiencies and areas of risk. Taking steps to implement appropriate improvements
Holding regular team meetings ensuring that the team are kept informed of relevant developments and their team's progress and performance.
Providing monthly MI both internally and externally to AOM, clients and Asset Managers
Management and development of your team
Ensuring supervision meetings and appraisals are conducted. Actively manage and improve staff related issues
Meeting regularly with the Assistant Operations Manager
Supporting other Team Managers and colleagues
Client Management, Knowledge & Reporting
The Person:

For this role our client is looking for someone who is a great people manner and ideally you will have worked in a volume, process driven environment. You will be pro-actively building and maintaining strong working relationships with clients, through actively engaging with clients on a day to day basis, understanding clients' business objectives and working methods, responding to and, where possible, anticipating clients' requirements. Also actively contributing to conference calls, review meetings and social events.

Experience of working within a volume caseload environment
Ability to work in a strict regulatory environment
People management/supervisory experience
Ability to prioritise work effectively to meet deadlines and work to SLAs
Ability to delegate confidently and effectively

Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm

Mix of home and office working (central Bristol, no car parking)
