We are hiring for a Customer Services Advisor to join our client in London. Our client specialises in providing a bespoke payment solution to their customers so this is a great opportunity to join a growing Fintech business. You will be based near London Bridge and will be required to work in the office 2 days a week and will be able to work from home for 3 days.
You will be joining a company who offer career progression and technical training so we welcome anyone who can demonstrate confidence with customers and a desire to learn.
If you want to develop your career is client support, technical support, customer onboarding and relationship skills then we want to hear from you.
You will ideally have some commercial experience in customer service - this can be face to face or online but you must have a good knowledge of Microsoft tools and be a proficient user of Windows or Mac.
Ideally you will be degree educated in a technical discipline but this is not essential.
This role is working Monday to Friday with occasional weekend work
