I am currently supporting a key customer of Morson Talent to appoint a newly created Head of Marketing and External Communications.
Reporting directly to the UK Sales Director, you will be joining a business that is going through an exciting period of transformation which will further strengthen their position as a market leader within their specialist field.
About the role:
The role of Head of Marketing and External Communications will play a key part in a re-brand launch across all marketing channels.
Moving from a central marketing function, you will be tasked with driving activity across Media, Events, & Digital.
Key responsibilities:
Drive the development of all external communication material plans
Develop relationships with key Media and Influencer contacts
Project Manage
Support development of campaigns and capture plans
About you:
You will have extensive experience within Marketing Communications, ideally within both B2B and B2G
You will be an innovator rather than an implementor
Strong people development skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent presentation skills
Experience within the Rail Industry would be a distinct advantage, in addition to Engineering as a wider sector
