Homebased working with onsite customer work - Car Allowance
We are representing an innovative software company, who seek an experienced Clinical Systems Implementation Consultant whose background has involved working very closely with the NHS on the implementation of Electronic Patient Record systems (EPR). You will join a talented team working to deliver products and upgrades on a tight time frame and within budget.
The role involves product demo's and walking customers through the functionality of the product along with conducting gap analysis and business process design. It will involve working closely with the customer to produce the most effective solution.
In addition to working with leading edge Electronic Patient Record solutions (EPR), you'll enjoy lots of variety with different project work.
Key responsibilities of the Clinical Software Implementation Consultant - EPR
* Understanding clinical workflows and explaining system benefits - product demos
* Work with client on configuration requirements, gap analysis
* Manage the benefits realisation tool set and train customers on appropriate benefit tools and measures that support the scope of deployment
* Assist with product solution testing to ensure systems are fit for purpose
* Assist in developing the clinical aspect of the systems
* Act as the primary escalation point for customer escalations
Person specification and skills required for the job:
* Experience of working in or with the NHS
* Project Management experience
* Good experience of delivering technical solutions to the NHS
* A knowledge of data collection and reporting requirements
* A proven track record working to project deadlines
* The ability to influence, organise and plan
* Enjoy presenting solutions
* Intermediate to advanced level MS Office skills
