Legal Counsel
An influential and unique utilities company is looking to appoint a new Legal Counsel to join their team.

Legal Counsel - What you'll do:

Work closely with Head of Legal to provide day-to-day legal support on a range of matters
Draft contractual/policy amendments and ensure necessary compliance
Review, amend and negotiate contracts with partners
Drive a continuous improvement approach to legal processes Legal Counsel - What you'll need:

Qualified solicitor (0-5 years PQE) OR strong experience in an in-house legal role
Self-starter with the drive to learn
Excellent attention to detail
Strong commercial awareness Start Date: ASAP
Salary: £50,000 to £62,000
Location: Flexible hybrid working - Southampton

This Legal Counsel role would be suited to someone with a background in practice that is looking to try an in-house role or someone already in-house, that is keen to join a business with influence across the utilities sector
