OPR have currently been retained by a leading Live Entertainment and Arts business to find them a Senior IT Administrator. Our clients business has been growing by acquisition over the past couple of years and has further ambitious growth plans. HQ is based out of Woking, which is where this role is based.

Our client is offering a 12-month FTC to cover a team member going on maternity. She is due to go maternity at the end of July and the client are looking for this person to work a hand over of at least 2-4 weeks.

The Role
As our client has been growing through acquisition not all parts of the business operate in the same way. This is where the Senior IT Administrator will come in. The client is looking to bring all the different entities of their business together through Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.

The Senior IT Administrator will project manage from cradle to grave this entire project, offering support and training to all the business on MS Teams, so its essential that you have advanced training on MS Teams and SharePoint and will be confident enough to be able to teach other users how and what to do with MS Teams. One entity is currently using google and will need all their data, files and users bought over to MS Teams.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

· Working interdepartmentally with HR and other group teams to build out the SharePoint Intranet to be a more valuable resource.

· Creating an IT onboarding process for all companies (in regard to MS Teams)

· Leveraging more value from our use of MS Teams.

· Migrating more departments onto MS Teams.

Experience & skills required

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Good planning and exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail.

· Must be proficient with using Microsoft Office (including Teams), and the Google G-Suite.

· Able to work on own initiative but also within a team.

· Proven office administration experience.

· A good knowledge of general IT equipment setup.

· Willingness to travel to other offices and venues.
