Careerlink requires an Account Manager to work in our Corporate Industrial division, based in our Walsall office.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management of Corporate key accounts
Responsible for service quality oversight and assurance to clients
Resourcing and role selecting across all sectors
Internal liaison with daily support to the Corporate Director
Payroll and finance processing and control of issues
Hands-on Interviewing candidates and system management
Troubleshooting real-time service and solutions to all corporate clients
Dealing with Works Managers right up to director level
Working on KPI and holiday reports
Client Visits and Temporary onsite surgeries
Desired Experience
Experience in Account Management or recruitment
Full driving license & own transport
Experience working in a client faced role would be an advantage
Excellent Organisation skills with the ability to work to deadlines
Fantastic customer service and account management skills
Good Personal and relationship building skills Working Hours
8am till 5.30pm Monday to Friday with 1 hour's lunch
28 days Annual Leave which increases one day per year up to a total of 33 days
Salary Negotiable depending on experience
