CRM Manager - East Midlands - Immediately Available

Based in the East Midlands, Zachary Daniels have partnered with a fast paced multi-channel retailer as we look to appoint a CRM Manager into the team.

As CRM Manager for our client based in the East Midlands, you will be joining a fun, hands on and expanding team. You will be tasked with the development and execution of the CRM company plan with day to day responsibilities including:

Implementation of CRM workflow campaigns and campaign emails
Ensuring high levels of customer engagement across Email, Website (Shopify) and any other owned media channels, whilst being the voice of the customer at all times
Implementing and building out the companies new CRM platform, Klaviyo.
Ensure targeted and consistent communications that deliver maximum ROI through identifying customer segments and applying across multiple touch points
Work with Shopify partner a-gency to deliver relevant on-site / page website personalisation and content. Manage all CRO projects/plans.
Review and revise roll out, regularly reporting on key metrics/performance against budget
Work cross functionally to identify and develop opportunities to expand the CRM database via retail outlets
Work collaboratively with the Social Media team to develop innovative, integrated CRM campaigns, with a consistent message, across all consumer touch-pointsAbout you:

You will be a confident communicator with high attention to detail
Results orientated by nature, you will thrive under pressure and enjoy working in a fast paced and hands on environment
A minimum of three years experience in a similar role, preferably within retail with the ability to hit the floor running
A genuine passion for delivering excellent customer experiences within retail
Experience of working with a dedicated CRM / ESP tool, (Klaviyo would be ideal) and of working within the Shopify eco-system
A solution focused, 'glass half full' approach with the ability to quickly build and develop effective relationships cross functionally
