Finance Manager

A succesful civil engineering firm, based in The Lawrence Hill area of Bristol, Somerset are recruiting for an Accounts / Finance Manager, on a full time, permanant basis, to join their busy and faced paced Finance team. You will be working closely with the company Director and provide an end to end finance fuction. This is an excellent opportuntiy for an experienced Assistant Accountant, Accounts Manager or Assistant Financial Controller looking for a step up within a progressive SME.

Accounts Manager Position Overview

The responsibilities of the Accounts Manager will include:
Managing the daily running of the companies finances
VAT returns
Credit control
Bacs payments
Accounts payable & Receieveable
Profit & Loss/Balance sheets
Preparing management accounts / year end accounts
Cash flow forecasting
Assisting in developing financial policities, controls and processes
Driving productivity and profitablity within the business

Accounts Manager Position Requirements

AAT/ACCA/CIMA qualified or part qualified
Experienced with management accounts and monthly reporting
A Team player who can work autonomously
Xero accounts experience
Highly experienced within a commercial finance role

Accounts Manager Position Remuneration

This is a Full time, permanent position
40 hours per week Monday - Friday - hours are flexible
£35,000 - £40,000 per annum dependant on experience
