As a Laravel developer, you will be taking ownership of projects and working closely with other senior members of the team to directly influence the business's success. You'll be immersed in an agile environment, reporting to the Managing Director and working closely with the Product team to build, scale, and optimise our platform and improve the customer experience. You'll be familiar with the best continuously practices within a Laravel/PHP environment and keep up to date with the latest tech to keep our systems at the cutting-edge.

Plan and analyse projects with stakeholders using your technical guidance
Write quality PHP, JS (ES6+), SQL and CSS
Design innovative solutions to technical problems and estimate time needed to deliver them
Use version control and unit tests with CI/CD to integrate projects safely into production
Make suggestions and implement new technologies to improve the platform
Building scalable and resilient solutions
Suggest new ideas to help improve the existing platform
Code reviews and mentoring Junior Developers
Significant experience and a proven track record of successfully managing development task.
You will have experience and passion for all things tech!
Be a self-starter, able to work autonomously.
Highly ambitious to develop this role in an innovative and entrepreneurial manner.
Rigorous analytical skills with ability to develop strategies, tactics and measurable implementation plans.
