NSAR Accredited Trainers - Outstanding Opportunities
We are planning a major expansion of our successful training department based in Watford. To achieve this we are looking for NSAR qualified trainers to join our team. We can offer packages to suit individual aspirations, either full time with a salary and all the benefits comparable to the best in the sector, or an excellent day rate plus expenses for candidates who are looking for a more flexible option. While our main focus will be on our Watford facility we will consider applicants from outside the area as we are planning to deliver courses throughout the UK. Key Duties
• Delivering training and assessments on time and to the required standard
• Ensure day to day administration is maintained according to procedure and all documentation is completed and meets all the requirements of NSAR and awarding bodies
• Review, develop and maintain training materials ensuring accuracy and relevance and that they are up to date in-line with current issue
• Preparing all training rooms, visual aids and assessment materials in-line with training plans
• Ensuring track visit requirements are met and all resources required are adequate before/after use
• Attending training meetings when required
Required Skills
• Experienced in delivering Sentinel Track Safety courses
• Be an excellent communicator, both written and verbal
• NSAR licenced
• To be able to deliver PTS, DCCR, LKT, COSS/SWL1 as a minimum
• Min Level 3 in Education & Training
• Demonstrating and mentoring behaviours that promote best practice
