Digital Project Manager

My client is part of a family, working in over 65 countries with a team over 4000 strong - and they just keep growing. As a creative marketing communications and advertising agency, they work with brands across the health, B2B and B2C sectors. The Fix are helping them look for a Digital Project Manager to join their team for a 12 month contract!

Key Responsibilities as their Digital Project Manager:
Overall

* Manage the delivery of Digital projects for their Healthcare clients

* Project management lead for scoping, planning and implementation of digital projects

* Lead project delivery meetings both internally and with clients as their Digital Project Manager

* Scoping and briefing of projects

* Drive operational excellence as their Digital Project Manager

Specifically (for one major client)

* Manage the delivery of the existing framework as their Digital Project Manager.

* Manage change requests through as required ensuring the site is operational at all times

* Be the client-facing lead on Portal requirements and initiatives

* Accountable for the delivery of the portal workstream as their Digital Project Manager

* Drive forward operation excellence, make suggestions for new improvements and ideas that can support customer engagement and user experience.

* Drive forward structural changes or new features, initiate conversations and bring medical teams onboard and ultimately implement there-off.

* Support brand onboarding and roll-out of new features

* Onboard internal team when new initiatives are rolled out as their Digital Project Manager

* Scope and brief portal specific initiatives

* Sign-off all initiative to ensure it is fit for purpose and on brief as their Digital Project Manager

* Input to and accountability for portal finances

* Main point of contact for escalations

* Lead project delivery meetings both internally and with client as their Digital Project Manager

* Proven Digital PM skills

* A proven track record of building relationships with clients.

* Digitally savvy and a willingness to find new and exciting ways to communicate as their Digital Project Manager.
