This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to enter into a Finance role. You will be responsible for providing finance and administration support within the divisional finance team and to work with colleagues to provide an efficient department. If successful, you will become part of a growing team working out of our Stalybridge office.

Key Responsibilities

* Work closely with the finance team to assist with the day to day administration and finance tasks

* Accounts payable including supplier statement reconciliations

* Accounts Receivables including assisting with credit control

* Deal with supplier and customer queries related to invoicing

* Processing of Credit Card Expenses

* To assist with petty cash and bank reconciliations

* To assist with photocopying, scanning and collating of material

* To assist with departmental filing on a regular basis

Key Skills/Competencies

* The person must be reliable, enthusiastic and conscientious whilst displaying common sense and flexibility in supporting the divisional finance team

* Good numeracy skills

* High level of attention to detail and accuracy

* Self-motivated, flexible and adaptable

* Strong written and verbal communication skills

* Integrity and confidentiality


* Good level of understanding in Microsoft Office packages; Excel, Word and outlook

* Basic understanding of accounting process and procedures
