SEN HLTA Greenwich Full Time April 2022 until July 2022
TLTP are currently working with a Greenwich based SEN school, who are looking to recruit an SEN HLTA to work with children aged 11 to 16 who SEMH difficulties. This will be for the remainder of the academic year, at least, most likely being extended into the next academic year.

Are you able to engage children in the classroom as well as adding additional concentration and development of learning?
Can you build relationships with the pupils that support the children in the process of learning?
Do you have experience with children with SEMH?
If you answered yes to these questions, then this SEN HLTA role is for you!
This SEN school is based in Greenwich. The school provides education for children from the age of 11 up to 16. They offer tailor made pathways for pupils who may have found mainstream education difficult - but this does not mean that they would not have the opportunity to return, either to a mainstream secondary school or further education. The school offer on-site parking as well as strong transport links for those that would be commuting via public transport. The school require you to have an extensive knowledge of the curriculum and be able to cater to the different learning needs within the class and styles of learning. They would also like the candidate to be able to land on their feet within the role.
The school is roughly a 10-minute walk from the nearest station, as well as offering on-site parking for drivers. The school are looking for an experienced, adaptive, and positive teaching assistant that can assist and communicate in the learning of students, as well as bonding with children to create healthy relationships to assist children in the process of learning.
