IT Infrastructure Architect - (Visitor Mgmt Systems) - outside IR35

The role:

Methods are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Architect to fulfil a 3 month contract to deliver a modern Visitor Management System that will embody our values and bring to life our platform customer experience in physical spaces.

You must be comfortable working in an ever changing, fast paced environment, with a real focus on ensuring seamless execution and delivery. We are looking for a candidate who is confident working at director and executive level both within our organisation and with external vendors.

Salary: £550pd/Outside IR35.

Location: 2 days per week in the office in London, and the remaining 3 days WFH.

Responsibilities:

• Provide lead technical consulting services on Integrated Visitor Management System implementation
• Lead technical evaluation and vendor selection processes
• Supporting the department's architecture discipline, and ensuring our solutions are delivered consistently and successfully to our clients
• Reviewing and addressing any potential risks to delivery during tender review and implementation phases
• Supporting IT Director and Solution Architects to design the integration of the VMS with security and virtual receptionist systems
• Provide subject matter expertise, best practices, and industry standards on VMS and workplace management systems
• Performing internal project/implementation audits for adherence to quality and process standards
• Identify and solve for any potential gaps or risks in services procured

Requirements:

Essential:

• Experience running an RFI / RFP process
• 5 plus experience within the IT industry pertaining to the design, development, and implementation of Visitor Management System solutions
• Related experience with tool/system requirements including Visitor Management System or similar products/systems such as Envoy, Manhattan, Condeco, Paxton Net 2 or Planon
• Experience of cross-functional delivery and third-party relationship management

Desirable:

• Experience of deploying a visitor management system
• Experience working in an agile environment
• Experience in google suite
• Experience in Jira and Confluence
