Are you a Junior Developer looking for a workplace with a clear training and progression path? Do you want to work with some of the strongest .Net Developers in the North West on actual projects rather than just BAU or fixing bugs?

We're working with a software house in South Manchester who are in process of bringing their IT function in house. . This vendor is huge, with projects for the likes of NHS Trusts/healthcare, major logistics firms, and global transport. Last year they achieved over £800mill turnover and currently investing heavily in the software function.

Over the past 2 years they have grown the Software and IT function from 0- 20 heads, including 6 in development, and are now looking for a Junior Developer to work alongside the senior team. This is a great opportunity for someone with 6-18 months commercial experience to get their hands on completely greenfield .Net projects.

Tech Wise, as a Junior Developer you'll be working on:

  • API's built using ASP.Net, .Net Core, MVC frameworks (Including brand new projects in .Net 5)
  • SQL Server and T-SQL
  • Azure Microservices (Including some fantastic commercial experience in DevOps tools...a very nice thing to have on your CV!)

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a tech business with the funding and backing to support your career as a Software Developer. You'll get support on qualifications, hands on training and upskilling in all areas as you progress with the team.

The client is remote first- with monthly office trips to their South Manchester headquarters. Salary is up to £35,000.
