Our client provides instant Big Data aggregation, empowering Tier 1 Financial Services and Banking clients to exploit data at scale.

With our clients solutions, financial institutions are given autonomy to dive deeper into their data, make decisions faster and perform any aggregation on demand whilst harnessing 100% of their vast quantities of data. Any risks can be more efficiently and proactively managed whilst data is leveraged to improve execution.

You would be joining an international team with extensive financial knowledge combined with cutting-edge technology solutions the market has been looking and longs for.

This exciting Customer Support Engineer would sit between the clients IT and the technical teams and would be responsible for requirements gathering, driving data model design best practice and managing all aspects of the client implementations, managing internal resource teams (Developers, Product Owners etc), and ongoing client relationship.

Required Skills & Experience:

Professional:


  • Technical background with experience using SQL/big data/ distributed databases/scripting
  • Data modelling, troubleshooting and system integration experience
  • Experience in consulting/project management
  • Domain experience around banking/financial services
  • Strong communication skills
  • Client orientated and eager to solve problems
  • Fluent in English with French as a plus
