Purpose:

To influence and oversee the Sales Consultants in delivering an exceptional candidate experience, complying with satisfaction standards. Supervisors ensure the smooth maintenance of the sales floor, through effective quality control assurance for visual merchandising and stock standards by personal and constant implication

They act as a key support for the UK business to promote the brand position and achieve the brand vision - t o become a unique premium & sport inspired brand, improving profitability and desirability while respecting the company's values.

Essential Criteria:

• Minimum of 1 year retail experience
• Passion for supervising a team and coaching individuals
• Willing to go above and beyond to work closely with Management Teams to create an engaged team
