Global HR Process Design and Change Lead - Workday

Our client is currently looking for a HR design and change lead who has previously worked with Workday to join them on a contractual basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design optimal HR business solutions that deliver employee centric outcomes as well as scale and efficiency within the enterprise

• Deliver streamlined end-to-end processes across functional silos, geographic and business unit boundaries to bring efficiency and effectiveness through integration and automation

• Apply design thinking methods to resolve complex problem statements and deliver employee centric outcomes

• Apply process improvement methods to streamline processes (i.e., VSM, Lean, Six Sigma)

• Facilitate global HR process and solutions workshops as part of change and transformation agenda


• Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong customer centricity thinking, understands business needs and can create value and a champion of employee experience

• Strong English written / presentation, oral communication and influencing skills tailoring the content and approach to the specific audience

• Knowledge and demonstrable experience of continuous improvement concepts including Six Sigma, Lean

• Knowledge and demonstrable experience
