Job Purpose

We have 3x Data Configuration Analyst positions available to join our growing Operations team here at Calyx. These roles are fully decentralised, so you can work from anywhere in the UK.

As a Data Configuration Analyst, you'll form an integral part of the Client Services Team. You will take client requirements delivered by our Business Analysts & Systems Engineers, transforming these requirements into optimum backend XML configuration alongside broader reporting & analysis using SQL and Power BI. This configuration work will be vital in order to set up new clients for success on our cloud-based suite of Calyx products.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with some previous experience in XML configuration who is looking to learn more about SQL development and reporting.

Essential Skills and Experience

• Previous experience in XML configuration
• Proven ability of using Microsoft Office products
• A flexible attitude with respect to work assignments and new learning
• Ability to manage multiple and varied tasks with enthusiasm and prioritize workload with attention to detail
• Must have the ability to work methodically in a fast paced, timesensitive environment
• Demonstrable ability to apply critical thinking to problems and tasks
• A self starter and able to work under own initiative
• Previous experience in SQL reporting and/or development would be helpful but not essential
