Role Overview:

Reporting directly to the CEO, as Head of Performance Marketing, you will be responsible for owning and driving BEAUTY BAY's Performance Marketing strategy through a team of multi-disciplined marketers with the clear objective to acquire and retain customers.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a significant role in BEAUTY BAY's future plans. The successful candidate will be a highly innovative, well versed in best practice and capable of executing high-impact campaigns which lead to conversion and ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Devise and deliver a global customer acquisition & retention strategy focused on customer profitability and customer value
  • Own and deliver a full-funnel paid media plan across all paid channels (Search & Shopping, SEO, Paid Social & Affiliates)
  • Drive & develop the BEAUTY BAY's customer loyalty programme to deliver customer value and growth
  • Plan and allocate performance marketing budgets for maximum impact in each country market
  • Supporting key strategic trading objectives and translate these into marketing results
  • Lead, manage, motive, and develop a high performing Marketing Team
  • Collaborate with colleagues in Brand, Creative & Content Marketing to develop relevant content and creatives for campaigns
  • Managing external media agencies / partnerships where additional ATL expertise Is required

Skills/Experience/Knowledge Needed:

  • Significant experience owning global Paid Media campaigns in eCommerce sector
  • Experience managing multi-million marketing budget across PPC, Affiliates, SEO & Paid Social
  • Confident leader who enjoys nurturing others to success
  • Established background in consumer-focused marketing
  • Detailed knowledge of digital marketing practices and digital acquisition methods
  • Strong financial and analytical skills - able to quickly interpret and translate analytics into actions
  • Excellent communicator with proven ability to convey complex ideas and data simply and clearly in written, presentation and spoken formats
