International E-Commerce Lead

Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for driving the e-commerce/digital business strategy and achieving sales targets. This includes working closely with and managing third party digital partners, creating business plans, developing product assortments, site management, user experience and working closely with the wider business to develop our digital channels and exploit new and existing marketplace opportunities.



  • Manage site content including homepage, landing pages, site banners and all product content
  • Create merchandising assortments to support the new content, product launches and email campaigns
  • Manage all aspects of the website: Creative, Products, Descriptions, Pricing etc.
  • Responsible for developing and implementing the day-to-day merchandising strategy
  • Curate product detail pages and content, including configuring, adding, removing, editing information to increase consumer engagement and drive conversion Monitor analytics such as conversion rates, repeat customer rate, abandoned checkout rate, site traffic, etc.


  • Own the development and deployment of website updates to support campaigns and initiatives
  • Own the strategy and execution of solutions for site enhancements to improve the customer experience
  • Integrate and manage third-party apps and content on the website
  • Own integrated user experience of homepage, navigation, product pages, and other site content is up to date with relevant features, promotions, and products working with merchandising team
  • Monitor analytics such as conversion rates, repeat customer rate, abandoned checkout rate, site traffic, etc.


  • Assist with the development and execution of business plan/strategy
  • Direct the buying and allocation of new products
  • Manage inventory levels, turn goals and timely product flow
  • Analyze, track and report all KPIs
  • Achieve monthly sales goals, drive sell-thru/product turn and increase conversion rate


  • Drive new quality traffic, increase conversion rates and daily traffic
  • Showcase and launch new collections
  • Create a compelling, creative and effective promotional calendar that ties into '47 initiatives and key retail time periods (includes a social media component)
  • Design and distribute biweekly E-Blasts using Mail Chimp
  • Search engine optimization while managing Google AdWords account and product listings
  • Manage retargeting campaigns

  • 5-7 years of e-commerce experience
  • Track record of growing digital sales
  • Strong understanding of internet, natural optimization, PPC campaigns, digital and emerging trends
  • Experience managing marketplace platforms within the EU such as Amazon Seller Central and ZFS if favorable
  • Creative, flexible and energetic
  • Outstanding organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual, trilingual is a plus
