What will you do?



This is not your run-off-the-mill graduate role. We are looking to speak to sharp-minded graduates with a natural consultative approach, that are driven and talented individuals to join our team as we have started our next phase of growth. You will act as a critical member of the team and will have the ability to participate in challenging projects as well as gain exposure to multiple areas of the ZoomDoc Health business, as such flexibility in your role is a must. To further our mission and making sure that the day-to-day activities of the company support those initiatives, we expect you to do the following:

  • Follow up new business opportunities and setting up meetings.
  • Develop and foster client relationships with every interaction.
  • Document necessary client information and if necessary, update the CRM with any relevant information as it pertains to the client's business.
  • Ensure that all interactions foster customer satisfaction, effectiveness, proficiency, and quality.
  • Have an understanding of basic computer diagnostics, both hardware and software. Your role will include the responsibility of maintaining the day to day running of the offices network, as such an understanding of basic networking is key.
  • Office proficiency is a must, particularly excel as well as familiarity with OneDrive/Office365.
  • Establishing relationships with new prospective customers to uncover high-value opportunities.
  • Working closely with Marketing by methodically working on and following up on a variety of sales campaigns.
  • Composing engaging, effective business emails to new and existing customers introducing the unique offerings.
  • Maintaining quality relationships with your manager and external customer-facing Account Executives to support new business growth
  • Comfortable working with data and analytical thinking, especially around behavioural metrics and engagement driven business models


Who are you?

  • We are ideally looking for a recent graduate, preferably with a business-related degree who is driven and motivated to be part of a small but growing team.
  • Proven ability to take initiative and work cross-functionally.
  • Medical and/or IT experience is a preferred although not essential
  • Must possess ability to think outside of the box and demonstrate problem solving skills.
  • Detail oriented - Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Professional appearance and approach in person, email and phone
  • Hardworking, self-motivated and confidence
  • Be Innovative and ready to bring fresh ideas and perspectives to the table.
  • You are entrepreneurial, agile, and comfortable working in a start-up environment amidst a comparatively small team.
  • Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and also as part of a small team within our office in Queens Park, North West London (NW6).
