Senior Cloud Engineer - Central London - Hybrid - £50-55K

My client a leading provider of media tech and data are looking for a Senior Cloud Engineer to join the UK based team to support and develop the stack.

The role will be hybrid working position only required to be in the office 2-3 days per week.

Your duties of the role:

• Deliver continuous improvements across services and processes
• React to and configure monitoring to ensure proactive service support
• Own and resolve support tickets
• Any other duties as required / authorized by your Line Manager / Line Management reporting line
• Manage, optimize, and troubleshoot: Linux virtual machines, Windows virtual machines, Docker containers, Core network and infrastructure services across the cloud and office stack, Server hardware

Key Skills:

• Demonstrable knowledge of AWS/Cloud/Virtual Infrastructure Familiarity
• Great communication skills, being able to liaise with 3rd parties in a friendly professional manner
• Applications experience using DNS/DHCP etc
• Great experience with TCP/IP stack, Linux, and Windows
• TechOps Experience
• Demonstrable scripting experience (Bash or PowerShell)
