Currently supporting a leading consultancy business in Manchester who are seeking an experienced Application Analyst to support and drive the performance of of core business systems and applications across the various business divisions. The right candidate will have experience supporting applications as well as strong communication and support skills.

The Requirements
  • Experience in dealing with senior stakeholders on a day-to-day basis.
  • Natural problem solver with desire to become an "subject matter expert" in application workflows and best practice.
  • Must have experience of supporting enterprise-wide applications and large-scale development work. Must understand the end-to-end process.
  • Experience supporting multiple projects.
  • Proven experience supporting applications running in on-prem, IaaS, PaaS, SaaS environments.
  • Ability to work effectively to tight deadlines.
  • Ability to deliver information to both technical and non-technical colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Bullhorn experience preferred.

The Overview
  • Up to £35,000 per annum depending on experience
  • Full-time permanent position
  • Hybrid role, 3 days in office
  • Training and Development
  • Immediate start available

The Role
  • Support all IT applications used across the business.
  • Provide 1st/2nd line support to onsite and remote users.
  • Responsible for the support of the application architecture including the relationship with the relevant suppliers.
  • Support IT business transformation within core applications and solutions as and where required.
  • Build strong relationships with the key business stakeholders and vendors.
  • Implement change management governance.
